This policy explains what personal information AIWAS (AI Workflow Acceleration System) collects through aiwas.ai, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it to describe what this website actually does, rather than to cover every possibility.
Who we are
AIWAS is an AI consulting practice operating from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. Our website address is https://aiwas.ai. You can reach us at workflow@aiwas.ai about anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data.
What we collect
When you contact us through the site
Our enquiry form asks for your name, company name, email address and phone number, along with the service area you are interested in and a free-text description of what you need. We collect this so that we can reply to you and prepare for a discovery call. All of it is optional in the sense that you do not have to use the form — you can email us directly instead.
When you leave a comment
If you comment on a post, we store the comment itself along with the name and email address you supply, your IP address and your browser's user agent string. The IP address and user agent are used for spam detection. Your name and comment are visible publicly; your email address and IP address are not.
Automatically, when you visit
Our web host records standard server logs, which include your IP address, the pages you requested and the time of the request. Repeated failed login attempts to the site's administration area are also logged, with the originating IP address, to block brute-force attacks.
What we do not do
We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels, session recording or cross-site tracking on this website. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Third parties
Two third parties necessarily receive some data when you use this site:
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from automated abuse. When a page with a form loads, Google receives your IP address and information about your interaction with the page. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.
- Our email provider transmits and stores the messages our forms generate, so that enquiries reach our inbox.
Our web host stores the website, its database and its backups on our behalf.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets a cookie if you leave a comment, to remember your name and email for the next one, and sets session cookies if you log in to the administration area. Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies as part of its abuse detection.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the correspondence that follows for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship with you, and for as long afterwards as we need them for our business records. Comments are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them. Server logs are rotated by our host on its own schedule. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email workflow@aiwas.ai and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or under state privacy laws in the United States — and we will honour those where they apply.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, administrative logins are rate-limited and protected against brute-force attempts, and backups are held by our host. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not collect payment card details or government identifiers through this site, so there is little sensitive data here to expose.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly where we can.
